Greetings Friends. I've had people say to me (for months), "Are you ever going to share any pics or video clips from your two month sabbatical in 2008?
I just realized I can add pics and videos to this blog (okay, I'm a little slow). The first pic is my dear friends Jamie and Dana Logan and Dave and Jill Hall in NZ Notice the thousands of birds in the background. I think this is in Napier, NZ. Can't remember the name of the birds but they are huge and they use this cliff above the ocean as their nesting place. I have to say...it was a bit Alfred Hitchcockian. I was a bit concerned of some rogue birds pecking my eyes out, but we got out of there in fine shape.
The clip below is of our entrance into Sydney Harbor with the world famous Sydney Opera House right there. I was blown away! The weather wasn't great in Sydney but we had an incredible dinner with the Logan's and Hall's on the water and I was able to worship at Hillsongs Church in Sydney--a real highlight.
